Each lesson in Managing Your World is created with our implementation of Applied Learning. It begins with a lived experience personal story, followed by activities and reflective thinking, all related to that lesson’s stress theme subject.
You with your participants can navigate the lessons in the order that best suits your focus and their current challenges. For example, start with the In-Person Engagement Workbook and step right into "Addressing Personal Triggers". This lesson could be helpful for someone feeling particularly challenged to maintain their sobriety.
Or jump right to "Grieving and Letting Go" if the current challenge has to do with significant loss.
As you will discover, the unique design of Managing Your World allows you to focus in on those topics that are most relevant to your participant's current experience. The lessons can stand alone or implemented in sequential or dynamic order.
With our Applied Learning structure, the Workbooks can also be studied at times and locations most convenient to the participant outside of your time with them.
The length of time to complete each lesson can vary from 20-40 minutes if read/worked through without interaction. Complete time per lesson when used interactively varies.
